The word “Baby” in this product name must not be read as suitable from birth. Panda London’s current Baby Bamboo Pillow page specifies use from 12 months. Our older article did not state that limit clearly enough.
Check the product within the range
Panda’s children’s collection separates Baby, Toddler and Kids pillows. Do not transfer the size, age label or support claims of one version to another simply because all use bamboo branding.
For babies under one
The Lullaby Trust advises against pillows in the sleep space of babies under 12 months. A shaped memory-foam core or breathable fabric does not override that advice. We do not recommend this product for that age group.
Care differs between the cover and core
Panda describes a removable cover that can be machine washed up to 30°C. It says the memory-foam core must not be machine washed or soaked. Check the instructions supplied with your exact pillow before cleaning it.
For an older child, the age label is a starting condition, not a promise that a pillow is necessary or will improve sleep. We have not tested support, established a clinical benefit or verified a current affiliate offer. The previous contour and pressure claims should not be read as medical advice.
